SEE WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

Here are some of our most valuable and positive customer comments.

“We’ve been using 7-SIGMA Simulation Systems for over a year now, and the realism of their training tools has transformed how we prepare our team. The attention to detail and durability of the products is unmatched. Our trainees consistently comment on how lifelike the simulations feel, which boosts their confidence and performance in real-world scenarios.”

Karen T.

“Purchasing from 7-SIGMA was incredibly smooth. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and helped us select the right products for our needs. Delivery was prompt, and setup was straightforward. We’ve already placed a second order and plan to expand our simulation capabilities with their help.”

David M.

“We’ve tried other airway trainers before, but 7-SIGMA stands out for innovation and quality. Their products integrate perfectly into our training labs, and the visual realism is impressive. The ability to customize elements and add pathologies has kept our program fresh and engaging.”

Lisa R.

"The realism of 7-SIGMA's airway trainers is unmatched." "We’ve used several airway simulation tools over the years, but 7-SIGMA’s models stand out for their anatomical accuracy and tactile feedback. Our residents gain confidence faster because the training feels so close to real-life scenarios. It’s become a cornerstone of our airway management curriculum."

Dr. Melissa Grant, Program Director.

"Essential for high-stakes airway preparedness." "In combat medicine, airway management can mean the difference between life and death. 7-SIGMA Simulation Systems trainers, allow our medics to train under pressure with tools that replicate real-world complexity. The durability and realism of these trainers make them ideal for field-ready education."

Captain Jordan Lee, Medical Training Officer

"A leap forward in EMS education." "Our paramedic students used to struggle with intubation confidence until we introduced 7-SIGMA Simulation Systems airway trainers. The feedback from instructors and learners has been overwhelmingly positive. These systems simulate difficult airways, pediatric anatomy, and trauma scenarios with incredible fidelity. We wouldn’t train without them."

50+ years in business

Our History

Since Jerzy Wyrobek founded 7-SIGMA in 1973, we have grown into a global industry leader in our precision component markets. Mr. Wyrobek, a NASA scientist, left the space program in 1969 with a deep understanding of machines and processes and the role of each component in the performance of a total system. This understanding still drives our company today. We approach each product with a passion for improvement and quality and a focus on creating a better product.

In 1973 Jerzy Wyrobek and his two sons bought the Burgwald Machine Company, believing that “no problem was too big, and no problem could not be solved through solid engineering principles.” The company was renamed Molding Technical Systems and continued to grow and add customers. One such customer, Control Data Corporation, challenged the Wyrobeks to manufacture products to a 6 sigma level of quality. The Wyrobeks successfully met the challenge and decided to update the corporate name to 7-SIGMA in recognition of this dedication to quality and transcending customer expectations.

Since its founding, 7-SIGMA quickly outgrew its original location and, in 1987, relocated to South Minneapolis, Minnesota. Under the leadership of Kris Wyrobek, the facility underwent significant enhancements, including the development of specialized work cells and clean rooms to support the production of some of the world’s most technically demanding products.
Unfortunately, the building sustained extensive damage during the events of the summer of 2020. Rebuilding operations required substantial time, effort, and dedication. During this period, we identified a new location at 3101 Louisiana Ave N, New Hope, MN, and officially moved into the facility in the summer of 2024.
We are pleased to share that this new location positions us for future growth and innovation. It supports our continued commitment to excellence and will serve as a foundation for the next phase of our business. The company continues to operate under ISO standards and has recently added state-of-the-art analytical and physical testing laboratories to further enhance our capabilities.

7-SIGMA continues to invest in its future by expanding our medical business into our newly branded 7-SIGMA Simulation Systems / 7S³ . Through capital expenditures including new machining centers, liquid injection molding machines, staffing and enhanced shipping facilities we are ready for our next chapter. Let the fun begin.
